AbstractAbstract
[en] Described are the technique and results of the research of the repeated capture of the non-bunched beam and its deceleration during the magnetic field drop of the acceleration cycle for repeated rapid extraction and operation of internal targets within the energy range of 70 to 30 GeV. The experimental test of the repeated capture and deceleration system has been performed under normal operating conditions. After guidance of the beam onto the internal targets, from 1010 to 2x1011 protons remained at the end of the magnetic field plateau. The capture coefficient in the deceleration amounts to 60%. The beam radial oscillations have not exceeded +-0.5 mm
