AbstractAbstract
[en] The principle of precise system for coupling of an accelerating voltage frequency with a magnetic field realized at the JINR synchroton in 1976 is considered. The errors of the separate system elements such as the driving oscillator, β-timer, controllable attenuator and integrator are analysed. The system is flexible as to adjustment and provides acceleration of protons and nuclei alike. The chosen technical solutions have permitted one to provide high stability of the radius beam location (+-1 mm) at B=9 kGs. With the new connection system putting into operation many difficulties concerned with the realization of the slow and rapid beam extraction from the accelerator have been eliminated
