[en] A magnetic ondulator is considered whose magnetic field period comprises four sections. The definite relationships between the section lengths and field intensities allow to maintain electron parameters the same at the input and output of such a unit magnetic sections. Both the cases of ultrarelativistic electron motion and radiation, and the pure ondulator radiation are considered
