AbstractAbstract
[en] Study was made to elucidate the influence of temperature, electric field, degree of compensation of samples and also strong magnetic fields up to 15T on transverse photocurrent spectral ocsillations in p-InSb, which are due to absolute negative conductivity (ANC). The measurements were carried out on indium amtimonide samples of p-type alloyed with germanium and with degrees of compensation in the range of 0.1 up to 0.98. The spectral curves obtained have the oscillating form. Spectral photocurrent oscillations enter the negative region according to the ANC theory. The optimal magnetic field region (approximately 11T) for observation of the ANC effect in p-InSb was found. The analysis of the dependence of the negative photocurrent amplitude on the magnetic field permitted to establish the mechanism, determining conductivity and energy broadening of leveles in strong magnetic fields, i.e. scattering on acoustic oscillations of the lattice
