AbstractAbstract
[en] The content of 30 rock-forming, rare, and rare earth elements in the drilling cores delivered by the ''Luna-16''. ''Luna-20'' satellites, and the ''Apollo-11'', ''Apollo-12'', ''Apollo-14'', ''Apollo-15'', ''Apollo-16'' and ''Apollo-17'' space station from sea and continental regions of the Moon was determined. The results obtained are compared with the data available on the chemical composition on the lunar soil in similar districts. It is shown that the abundance of many elements in the regolith of sea and continental regions is different. Correlations in the content of some macro- and microelements in the lunar soil samples are noted. The data obtained reflect the composition of the main petrogenetic (sea and continental) provinces of the Moon and point to some peculiarities in the processes of accretion, partial melting, and differentiation of lunar materials
