AbstractAbstract
[en] Mean kinetic energies of fragments produced in fission of 232Th nuclei by neutrons in the range from 1.2 to 2.3 MeV have been measured. The measurement sensitivity of the fragment kinetic energy is 100-200 keV. Ranges of neUtron energies at which changing kinetic energies (Esub(k)) and angular anisotropy of the fragments take place coincide. In order to elucidate the effect of transient states of a fissile nucleus on the fragment kinetic energy, the energy dependence Esub(k) for the case of nuclear fission near the barrier should be studied in further detail
