AbstractAbstract
[en] Experiments have been carried out to determine the efficiency of labelling stannous methylene diphosphonate (Sn-MDP) with free sup(99m)TcO4- by radiochromatography, to demonstrate the presence of both the labelled complex and any unreduced sup(99m)Tc04- by autoradiography, to compare the whole body distribution of sup(99m)Tc and sup(99m)TcO4-labelled MDP by nuclear imaging with a γ camera, and to quantitate the distribution of each agent in bone and various types of soft tissue.
