AbstractAbstract
[en] Estimation of state of wide-spread methods and instruments for radiation protection purposes on accelerators of charged particles has been performed. It is based on reliability of results obtainable with these instruments in comparison with the resommendations of the International Commission of Radiation Units (ICRU). Uncertainty of absorbed dose distribution as a function of linear energy transfer (LET) measured by tissue-equivalent proportional counter leaves the problem of level of reliability of the dose equivalent in the field of high-energy particle and intermediate neutrons. Evaluating the accuracy of results of measurements by means of recombination dosimeter also needs further study on instrument responsibility versus LET-radiation. Measurement of particle energy distribution provides the possibility to interpret comprehensively obtained data, accuracy of H, however, being below the value recommended by ICRU
