AbstractAbstract
[en] Tests on ratcheting (or progressive distorsion) are in progress in Saclay. A thin tube is subjected to a constant tensile load and to a cyclic twist. The present paper is a short theoretial analysis of that case. A uniform strain and stress field is considered with a constant tensile stress P (primary stress) and a cyclic shearing strain. The shearing strain is known by the corresponding elastic equivalent stress intensity (TRESCA criterion). The cyclic range of the stress intensity is ΔQ (secondary stress range). Are examined the shake down condition and the incremental elongations with different constitutive equations of the material. Special attention is given to perfect plasticity and bilinear kinematic hardening results are presented, but it is believed that these materials mathematical models are simplistic and special experimental tests are proposed

L'etude de la deformation progressive ou effet de rochet exige des resultats d'essais. Ceux entrepris a Saclay utilisent des tubes charges axialement et soumis a une torsion cyclique. La presente note est une etude analytique destinee a faciliter l'execution des essais, le depouillement et l'interpretation de leurs resultats. Il est considere un champ uniforme de contrainte compose d'une contrainte de traction P constante (primaire) et de l'effet d'une distorsion cyclique equivalente a une variation d'intensite de contrainte secondaire ΔQ. Dans ces conditions l'evolution de l'allongement est calculee en attribuant au materiau des proprietes simples dites 'modele mathematique'. Deux cas sont consideres: plasticite parfaite et ecrouissage cinematique lineaire, les resultats correspondants sont indiques.
