[en] The experimental data on magnetic ordering in solid ³He is reviewed. Following a very brief summary of results of experiments well above the transition temperature, recent experiments on the latent heat of solidification in applied magnetic fields are described in detail. Further analysis of these experiments give information on the magnetization in the ordered phases. New magnetic susceptibility data from three separate groups are presented. These new magnetization results should be quite useful in reaching an understanding of the ordered phases. (author)
