AbstractAbstract
[en] The MnTe-Bi2Tl3 system have been investigated for the first time using differential-thermal analysis combined with the data of X-ray phaseous and microstructural analysis and microhardness measurement. This system is found to be quazibinary cross section of Mn-Bi-Te triple system. Phase diagram of the system is referred to eutectic type with incongruent MnBi2Te4 complex formation, having peritectic and eutectic points with the temperature of 530 and 470 deg C respectively
