AbstractAbstract
[en] Studying the behaviour of the two thermally stimulated exoelectron emission (TSEE) maxima of BeO ceramics at about 270 and 325 0C it can be shown that the TSEE maximum at 270 0C is closely connected with adsorption and desorption processes occurring on the surface of the samples. In particular, this TSEE maximum is strongly influenced by the donor-like behaviour of adsorbed hydrogen on the dehydrated surface of the BeO ceramics. The detailed surface processes leading to the appearance of the TSEE-maximum at 270 0C are discussed. (author)
