AbstractAbstract
[en] The use of medical proton beams supposes the presence of data of dose field distribution in a tumour and normal tissues surrounding it. At multipole and rotational irradiation the labour-consuming character of the calculation with the earlier applied parallel transfer method using graphic technique has considerably increased resulting in the necessity of development of the program of computer dose field calculation. In conformity to the program consisting of four main parts, an example of dose pole calculation with the results on graphoplotter ''Calcomp'' is given. The calculation is performed for the case when the tumour is located in the left part of the lung. A comparative analysis of the accuracy of applied methods of tumour dose pole calculation is carried out. It is shown that in spite of the less accuracy the parallel transfer method ensures the calculation time reduction by 100 times. The results obtained in most cases allow in planning patient medical treatment to limit to the use of parallel transfer method when calculating dose fields in the tumour and normal tissues surrounding it
