AbstractAbstract
[en] The reactions of light nuclei deep disintegration are studied. The target irradiation was performed on a synchrocyclotron extracted proton beam. Cross sections of the 7Be production on 9Be, 10B, 11B, 23Na, Si (chemically pure) and S (chemically pure) nuclei were measured by the gamma-spectrometric method at proton energies 0.66 and 1.0 GeV. Chemically pure polyethylene, polystyrene and aluminium were the monitors. The data on the 7Be production on the light nuclei isotopes were collected and analyzed. The similar tendencies appear in the 7Be production isotopic dependences as a residual nucleus and in the isotopic dependences of the 7Be production cross sections as a fragment. The refined formulae of approximation of residual nuclei and fragment production cross sections are obtained
