AbstractAbstract
[en] π0 photoproduction on the 4He nucleus at small transfer momenta (0.001 <= Q2 <= 0.2 GeV2) is investigated. The differential cross section of the particle production is calculated in the framework of the ''strong cut'' model of the complex momenta theory. The importance of the helical flip γN → π0N amplitude contributions to defferential cross section is shown. The arguments are presented that this situation may take place for the non-diffractive processes on nuclei at all. It is shown also that the contribution of the Primakoff-effect to the π0-photoproduction on the 4He nucleus is much more less, than was predicted in the earlear works
