AbstractAbstract
[en] We report on the final result of a precision measurement of the Σ+ magnetic moment using the hyperon bubble chamber HYBUC. HUYBUC is a hydrogen bubble chamber with an 11.5 T superconducting magnet and was built by the Max-Planck-Institut fuer Physik und Astrophysik and Vanderbilt University for this experiment. A detailed description of the experiment, apparatus, and analysis is given. The final result is μΣ+ = (2.30 +- 0.14) μsub(N). (orig.)
