AbstractAbstract
[en] The specular peak of a thermal energy beam of helium (64< E<250 MeV) scattered from (100) copper depends upon surface temperature and incidence conditions according to a Debye-Waller mechanism provided that a Beeby correction has been introduced in order to account for the influence of the attractive potential well. In this paper an extension to the previous measurements to lower temperatures (70 K) and to lower beam energy (21 MeV) is reported
