AbstractAbstract
[en] The total fusion cross section of 12C+12C has been determined for the c.m. energy range 2.8-6.3 MeV by observing particle exit channels. Angular distributions were measured for the above energy range. No rise in the S-factor was found at low energies, in contradiction to previous work. The 12C+20Ne reaction was studied over the c.m. energy range 6.3-13.8 MeV by measuring γ-ray yields. No significant structure was found
