AbstractAbstract
[en] Although the effect of size of the germanium on the nickel is positive, it is shown that the NiGe solid solution is the seat of precipitation induced by the irradiation. The irradiation conditions giving rise to this precipitation are determined. The extent to which a segregation model on the wells due to the entrainment of the solute by point defects can explain these observations is discussed. It is shown that this alloy swells very rapidly and that the cavities observed are lined with precipitate

Bien que l'effet de taille du germanium dans le nickel soit positif on montre que la solution solide NiGe est le siege de precipitation induite par l'irradiation. On determine les conditions d'irradiation qui donnent lieu a cette precipitation. On discute dans quelle mesure un modele de segregation sur les puits du a l'entrainement du solute par les defauts ponctuels peut rendre compte de ces observations. On montre que cet alliage gonfle tres vite et que les cavites observees sont tapissees de precipitesOriginal Title
