[en] Relation between the magnetic field of bipolar solar groups and the field on interplanetary flare ejections after powerful isolated solar flares and geomagnetic perturbations is discussed. It is shown that powerful geomagnetic perturbations appeared after isolated flares in the near zone in 1966-1974 during a favourable position of the NS magnetic axis of a corresponding bipolar group. In the case of NS infavourable position due to heavy flatness of a flare flux the entry of the Earth into the flare ejection is practically excluded and only weak geomagnetic perturbations appear
