[en] The problem of X-ray diagnosis of tumor metastases to the intestines and its mesentary has not been appropriately elucidated in home sources. This paper is based on clinicoradiologic examination of 12 patients with tumor metastases from different organs of the subdiaphragmatic space to the small and large intestines. Conventional and special methods of investigation, including parietography, have been employed for diagnostic purposes. Metastatic tumors in the intestines and mesocolon should be differentiated from primary carcinoma, intramural tumors, and adhesive process
