[en] By the methods of electron spectroscopy and ESR investigated are transformations of vanadium (5) alkoxides VO(OR)3, where RO-CH3O, C2H5O, i-C3H7O, n-C3H3O, n-C4H9O and n-C5H11O in alcoholic (C1-C5) solutions under the effect of light lambda 254 and lambda>320 nm. Dynamics of vanadium (5) alkoxides photoreduction up to vanadium (3) is described. It is noted, that VO(OR)3 light sensitivity is lower, than that of alkoxide compounds containing chlorine
