[en] Anomalous events observed deep underground by KGM cosmic ray group suggest the existence of new particles L. It is inferred from analyses of the data that the L-particles will belong to a new particle family other than the lepton and the quark family. The L-particles will have only the electro-magnetic and a superweak interaction with the leptons and the quarks. A tentative model of the L-particle family and their interactions are proposed.
