AbstractAbstract
[en] Cosmological consequences of L.B. Okun's hypothesis of existence of theta particles having a new type of the gauge interaction (the theta interaction) with a macroscopic confinement range, are discussed. If there were no confinement in the theta colour (Λsub(theta)< or approximately 10 eV) before the end of the radiation-dominant (RD) stage of the Universe evolution, then at a sufficient frozen concentration of the theta matter an effective ''pasting'' of the relic theton gas and the compressing matter arise at the stage of formation of the galaxies, that may prevent from the formation of the galaxies and stars. At lower concentrations the relic theton gas would prevent from condensation of the theta matter only, that would diminish the concentration of the theta matter in the Earth soil sharply (<10-40). For Λsub(theta)>10 eV, the phase of the confinement in the theta colour appears before the end of the RD stage. The existing restrictions on the concentration of the superheavy hydrogen evidence against an existence of the THETA quarks with non-exotic properties in weak and strong interactions
