AbstractAbstract
[en] The 40Ca(p,pα)36Ar reaction has been measured at E/sub p/ = 101.3 MeV for coplanar quasifree angle pairs (q/sub p/ = 700, q/sub a/ = -45.70) and out-of-plane angles b = 00, 50, 100, 150, and 200. Distorted-wave impulse approximation calculations reproduce the shape of the energy sharing distributions and provide spectroscopic factors in agreement with previous work on knockout and transfer reactions
