[en] The structure of copolymers of ethylene with vinylsilanes depending on the type of organosilicon groups, their content and the doses of the ionizing radiation has been studied by the wide-and small-angle X-ray diffraction methods. The essential influence of vinylsilane units on the paracrystalline component was shown. The change of the fraction of this component, its desorientation and the average position of amorphous halo with increasing of the irradiation dose were found. The results obtained permit to conclude that the organosilicon groups dispose mainly in the paracrystalline component
