AbstractAbstract
[en] Results of investigation of material structure of two-fraction microspheres are presented. It is shown that the main parameter determining the structure, is the correlation of volumes of small fraction to large one (V2/V1). The change of the V2/V1 value permits to rule the structure geometry, whose porosity can be changed in the range from 12.5 to 35%. The strenght in two-fraction microsphere material is determined by V2/V1 parameter. It is established that strenght in a monofraction microsphere material is higher than strenght in a two-fraction microsphere material. The regulation of the strength of the latter is possible by the way of the change in microsphere diameter of small fraction. Experimental results of the investigation of the connection of mechanical properties with structure parameters of the ZrO2-CaO bass ceramics are presented
