AbstractAbstract
[en] Constructions of two topographic X-ray chambers in the URS-0.02 apparatus, ensuring substructural investigations of epitaxial films and single crystals are suggested. The X-ray topographic chamber for express-survey presents a hollow cylinder 100 mm in diameter, in the wall of which a collimator is inserted. Crystal holder with index rotate on the axis of cylindrical case. Optimum distance from the chamber axis to photoplate constitutes 20 mm at the fixed focus-sample distance of 100 mm. It ensures linear resolution ability of 7 μm. The topographic chamber in combination with X-ray diffractometer is used for detailed investigation of substructure according to diffraction reflection selected. Constructively the apparatus is made in the form of two coaxially rotating platforms upon which an X-ray counter and the sample investigated are placed respectively. The focus-sample and sample-photoplane distance are 400 and 200 mm respectively. It ensures the linear resolution of no more than 2 μm
