AbstractAbstract
[en] Results are presented of (p,n) reaction studies at 200 MeV of Gamow-Teller (GT) strength distributions. A method for quantitatively extracting GT matrix elements has been developed. It has been shown that strength is systematically missing and that higher multipole resonances are also excited. (U.K.)
