[en] /sup 99m/Tc-methylene diphosphonate (MDP) was found to accumulate in the abdomen in 7 patients with ascites due to a primary tumor of the ovary, testis, stomach, or urethra, leukemia, or lymphoma. This finding should strongly suggest malignancy
