AbstractAbstract
[en] The method of ionic thermocurrents (ITC) was used to make an analysis of the kinetic precipitation of calcium impurities in KCl crystals. Samples of KCl: Ca2+ were aged at a temperature of (100+-3)0C. From the data obtained, the activation energy for the movement of a dipole was calculated to be (0.63+-0.01)eV, with a relaxation constant such that log sub(10)upsilon 0 = -12.7 +- 0.4. The measurement of precipitation was done in two separate stages with an equilibrium period in between. During the first stage, the aggregation kinetics were determined to be of order two. In the second stage, the precise order of the kinetics could not be determined. (author)
