AbstractAbstract
[en] Yields have been measured of prompt γ rays emitted when protons bombard a thick target containing fluorine for energies between 1.75 and 2.75 MeV. The results help to remove discrepancies in previous data. The yields are very high and the high energy γ rays are easily identified. Absolute intensities have been obtained to an accuracy of +- 10%. The results help to establish a data base for the quantitative analysis of fluorine
