AbstractAbstract
[en] Discussed are problems concerning the fact that neutron radiation is always accompanied by gamma radiation according not only in the source and environment, but also in the irradiated organism itself. The dose of accompaning gamma radiation is usually added to neutron dose in practice independent of the fact, whether gamma radiation is detected simultaneously. The summation of readings of both dosimeters in units of equivalent dose causes the overstating of summed value, which leads to the revaluation of possible effects, while determining the emergency radiation. The circumstance that neutron irradiation exibits itself in readings of gamma dosimeter, may be used to simplify the method of personal monitoring. To fulfill mass personnel neutron monitoring it is proposed to use personnel gamma-radiation dosimeters the readings of which need slight corrections. The correction values are determined by stuby of radiation field
