AbstractAbstract
[en] Discussed are conditions for rapid evaluation of X-exposure dose for medical personnel during roentgenologic examinations. Mean exposure dose for a separate examination is about tenth parts of milliard. Thermoluminescent detector without filter on the base of calcium sulphate with addition of disprosium was used to registrate such levels. Energy dependece of thermoluminescent output of the above detectors has a maximum at the energy about 40 KeV, which corresponds to effective energy of X-radiation near roentgenologic apparatus. It is shown that this method permits to measure the above doses, but measurement error is rather large (+-70%). In spite of this fact, the method provides a possibility to estimate the dose distribution along the body surface of a worker per ane operation
