AbstractAbstract
[en] A Si(Li) detector is an essential device for the X- or γ-ray spectroscopy in the energy range from 5 to 80 keV. An attractive calibration technique of the efficiency must be reliable, readily reproducible, with a precision of 1% and an accuracy of 3% at 95% confidence level. The expression of the efficiency includes eight parameters: four are known, two are determinated by iteration and the last two are calculated by a fitting to 22 experimental points using the least squares method.
