The program described uses a modification of the so-called seven-page method, wherein the method was expanded to calculate mixed oxide fuel cycle cost, and to calculate the cost of off-site spent fuel storage prior to reprocessing or final spent fuel disposal; a fuel fabrication loss factor was added for plutonium and/or uranium fuel fabrication; and a single payment was used for fuel fabrication instead of several monthly payments
