AbstractAbstract
[en] A possibility is considered of separating a group of light lanthanides in systems with tri-n-octylamine (TOA) and methyl-dioctylamine (MDOA) by extraction and extraction-chromatographic methods. An experimental study is made of rare earth elements separation during their extraction from concentrated solutions of lithium, sodium, ammonium, magnesium and aluminium nitrates. A possibility is shown of an effective separation of REE group by a gradual elution on extractive-chromatographic columns containing the corresponding amine salt as an immobile organic phase. The effect of the cation in the water phase on the degree of neighbour element separation is considered. Experimental schemes are given for the separation of REE cerium group on TOA and MDOA columns
