AbstractAbstract
[en] Results of electron-microscopic investigations of the aluminium microstructure irradiated with protons at 220 deg C are presented. It is found that irradiation of aluminium has lead to production of dislocation loops of interstitial type and pores. The pores have been found at doses greates, that 2x10-3 shifts/atom; the relative volume of pores increases with the increase of the dose according to the linear law
