[en] A theoretical study of the depolymerization of starch under the combined action of protons and gamma radiation is proposed. It allows prediction of the variations of the average degree of polymerization and the mass of water-soluble products of the sample as a function of the parameters of the treatment and the characteristics of the starch: the main interest of this combined treatment is to allow independent variations of these two values. Es wird eine theoretische Studie ueber die Depolymerisation von Staerke durch kombinierte Einwirkung von Protonen und Gammabestrahlung vorgeschlagen. Die Studie erlaubt die Voraussage der Schwankungen des durchschnittlichen Polymerisationsgrades und der Menge an wasserloeslichen Produkten in der Probe als Funktion der Behandlungsparameter und der charakteristischen Merkmale der Staerke. Das Hauptinteresse dieser kombinierten Behandlung liegt darin, unabhaengige Veraenderungen der beiden Werte zu ermoeglichen. (orig.)Journal
