[en] A sensitive direct radioimmunoassay for the detection of H-Y antigen on human blood mononuclear leukocytes is described. The cells were incubated with antisera obtained by immunization of inbred female rats or mice with male cells and tissues. The bound antibodies were detected by 125I-labelled protein A. Results are expressed as cpm bound to the cells. (Auth.)
