[en] An emergency response plan was recently tested at Commonwealth Edison's LaSalle Nuclear Station construction site and surrounding counties. The test included local, county, and state emergency groups in addition to the utility. The support groups were not advised of the emergency scenario, but earlier training enabled them to avoid communications problems and demonstrate a high level of preparedness
