[en] A calibration method of emergency personnel dosimeter of neutrons is proposed, the readings of which together with those of gamma-radiation dosimeters would optimally express the degree of a severe radiation damage. The problem of the determination of neutron flux equivalent to gamma-radiation dose is discussed. Criteria for the selection of the calidration coefficient are considered. It is recommended to use separate position of neutron and gamma-radiation dosimeters and to calibrate them using ²⁵²Cf neutrons slowed-down by 10 cm water layer
