[en] The transport of a neutral hydrogen atom in a hydrogen plasma slab is considered. The influence of the inhomogeneous ion temperature profile on the neutral density and distribution is discussed as well as the influence of the neutral edge energy, charge-exchange and ionization rates. The analytical solutions for the neutral density and distribution function are obtained and compared with the numerical results. The effects due to the inhomogeneous temperature profile are discussed. The recommendations from the viewpoint of the effects mentioned previously for the purposes of the cold-gas mantle system have been given. (Auth.)
