AbstractAbstract
[en] The distribution of Ti and principal carbide phase is critical in the swelling and creep resistance of D9 alloys. It is shown that nonhomogeneous structures, produced during hot working stages, persist through subsequent cold drawing and annealing cycles. This banded structure can be eliminated permanently only by 24-h homogenization at 12000C. 8 figures
