AbstractAbstract
[en] The quark parton model (QPM) for deep inelastic lepton-hadron scattering is generalized in order to describe elastic hadron scattering at large momentum transfer. A QPM generalization corresponding to coherent composition of parton subprocess amplitudes is considered. The effects of multiple parton rescattering in the investigated process are assumed negligible. A simple quark-parton model for description of elastic hadron-hadron (hh)-scattering in large momentum transfer ranges is obtained. Ele--ctromagnetic pion and nucleon form factors and differential cross sections for pp-scattering are compared with experiments. The simple mechanism for polarization effects is considered and then the qualitative explanation for sharp growth of the spin-spin correlation parameter Asub(nn) near 90 deg is given
