AbstractAbstract
[en] Experimental results on heat capacity and upper critical magnetic field of Nbsub(1-x)Tisub(x) (x<=0.2) alloys cold deformed (98%), recrystallized at 1000, 1100 and 1250 deg C, the He+ implanted at room conditions and reannealed (after irradiation) at 1000-1200 deg C are presented. Data on residual electrical resistivity, residual resistivity ratio Rsub(300)/Rsub(n) and transition temperature Tsub(c) are also given. The attempt is made to interpret the results obtained on the basis of available data on specimen microstructure in the framework of modern theoretical models
