[en] The problem of excepting the neutron time-of-flight spectrometer effect on the spectrometric measurement results is considered. The efficiency of the spectra unfolding procedure is investigated for the case when the spectrometer resolution function and neutron distribution in the source are described by the Gauss curves. On the base of the performed analysis some recommendations concerning the increase of a spectrometer resolution capacity of selecting the experiment parameters and evaluation class.
