AbstractAbstract
[en] Two models applicable for the low-energy processes involving pseudoscalar mesons are compared: the chiral model with quark loops and the model with intermediate vector mesons. The quark loop is found to be dual to the intermediate rho-meson. The ω-meson is not described by the simple quark loop. Some decays are discussed, which are difficult to interpret within the usual chiral model with pseudoscalar mesons and quarks. The processes eta'→ωγ→π+π-π0γ(π0γγ), eta→π0γγ are considered and the decay widths are obtained
