AbstractAbstract
[en] Neutron correlation counting has the property that the count rate is predictable from first principles. This allows, in certain instances, replacing standards of the conventional types with a careful characterization of the apparatus. Multiplication would have to be small, and the material well characterized. An instance where circumstances forced used of such a procedure, with excellent results, is described
