AbstractAbstract
[en] Temperature distribution in cyclotron targets irradiated by heavy ion pulsed beams is calculated. The obtained temperature distributions are described by solutions of heat equation. Three types of targets are considered: a round foil, a thick plate mounted at an angle to ion beams and an extremely thin film being cooled with black-body radiation. The temperature values are calculated for these targets irrdiated by Ne, Ca, Fe ions with 7-8 MeV/nucleon energy. Results are presented for various beam parameters and target sizes. The use of the given equations enables one to consider possibilities and appropriateness of such targets applied in experiments on heavy ion accelerators
